That’s pretty vague, but typically:
You click the vehicle’s hood to open it, then click the engine (or if it’s missing, click where the engine should be).
If it says something is “accessible from the Engine Bay” then that probably means you have the car up high on a lift and need to lower it down and approach the vehicle from the front instead of underneath.
